"Up and On" It was my brothers school motto, Saint Andrews School. These 3 words bear great depth and meaning. Really expresses the need for progress, for our lives need to improve everyday. Do not let repercussions hold you back, sometimes it just worked out that way, and maybe its a wake up call, or its for the best? And knowing how severe life can be if you do not do well, its certainly is a motivational factor. So UP AND ON People, keep moving up and forward!!
